Hi, I'm Julie.

As a Registered Nurse, certified Menopause Coach, and strength and mobility trainer, I'm passionate about helping women navigate midlife with health, strength and vitality. I specialise in empowering women to embrace this new phase of life with confidence and energy.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to prioritise your health when life is busy. We often wait for the perfect moment or motivation tho make a change, but the truth is, taking control of our health is something we can create, not wait for. And menopause? It's an exciting opportunity for growth, strength, and transformation!
