1. Coaching Services Overview
Our coaching services are designed to support women in areas such as personal development, health and wellness, mindset, career goals, and lifestyle balance. Coaching is not a substitute for counselling, therapy, or medical treatment.
If you are experiencing mental health concerns, we recommend contacting a registered psychologist or appropriate healthcare provider.
2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging in coaching with us, you agree to:

Be honest, respectful, and punctual in communication and sessions.

Attend scheduled sessions or provide required notice for cancellations.

Understand that results depend on your personal effort and circumstances.
You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process, and that no specific outcomes or guarantees can be made.
3. Booking and Payments

All sessions must be booked directly with Julie, or via email, sms, or our website bookings page.

Payment is required in advance or as otherwise agreed.

Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, bank transfer.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate.

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or programs unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

For packages or programs, a pro-rata refund may be available in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where:

Disclosure is required by law (e.g. serious risk of harm or court order).

You provide written consent to share information.

Technology systems (e.g. email or video platforms) are used and may involve third-party tools.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching sessions, programs, or on our website (including worksheets, PDFs, videos, and course content) are the intellectual property of Your Vitality and are protected under Australian copyright law.
You may not reproduce, share, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
